RMSS Sports began as a non-profit subsidiary of Resource Managment and Support Services.  Initially providing sports skills development services for youth and high school athletes.  It's founder Duane Everett is the former AAU National Basketball Coach for the State of South Carolina.  Having assisted the skills development of many college and professional players, Duane believed that sports was a means to personal growth and development of our youth.  So as he continued the assistance through High School athletics, he devloped The Shot Doctor camp and skills development programs.  The notariety of the camps and programs led to oppurtunity provide sports analysis for radio and television broadcasting.  The opportunity to host a radio show and later a local television sports talk show led to the development of the Media Services division of RMSS.

 

Duane became known as “The Shot Doctor," and is a former basketball player and coach, who has become a seasoned corporate executive.  He has also successfully represented professional athletes in business, social and contract matters, and now has spent several years in radio, television and internet sports broadcasting as a color analyst, to include previously hosting television sports talk shows. Duane’s business and athletic experiences over the last 30 years allows “The Shot Doctor” to provide vast knowledge into the business of College and Professional athletics, along with an often expanded view of controversial issues surrounding today’s athletic world. These experiences included consulting projects with the PGA, NFL, NASCAR and some NCAA Member schools.   As an analyst Duane features discussions about game plans, strategies and player tendencies that broadens listeners discussions. Each afternoon ESPN Radio visits the Executive Producer’s views through a special segment known to most as “A Visit to the Doctor’s Office.”

 

Duane's love for youth and community has driven him to support other non-profit organizations with resources and strategies to enhance the vision and mission of the various support initiaitives.  RMSS Sports is now prepared to offer assistance in program development, media services, advertising & business development, skills development and sporting events planning.
